TOPIC: Fifth Round draw

Fifth Round draw 3 weeks, 4 days ago #43001

Selfishly I'd like a ground I've never been to in or near London so...

Stevenage or Crawley please!

Inevitably it'll actually end up being something boring like Norwich at home.

Hi, do you know when the draw takes place?

It's usually Sunday teatime these days isn't it?

I never tune in cos it's usually some washed up old footballer and some washed up old soap star doing the draw. Just check twitter a few minutes after...

Tomorrow at 3:40
They tend to faff around though so it'll probably end up being closer to 4:40
Crawley at home next round, and Stevenage in the quarters after their shock win at Liverpool, and we're back at Wembley!

Now that Brighton have just gone one up, I'd certainly take an away draw there. New stadium to see, I've some mates there and it's a good night out.

But, like I say, it'll be Norwich at home. Or Everton.

Fulham lost to Everton last night so they're out.

Who I'd like - Stevenage / Crawley away etc. Spurs at home is usually a good game if we get a Prem team.

Who I think we'll get - Stoke at home

I hope we get Bon Jovi at home.

Milwall or Southampton away.

Would love a trip to the New Den!

Two of SKD's former clubs of course (if he's still with us).

An away tie, but both very winnable. COYWM!

Could have been a lot worse! Shame that the bigger teams have avoided each other though.

Ha ha. just been on a Saints Forum and it's full of stuff like this:

"If our form improves over the next few weeks we should win this. Given league positions we are an equal to Bolton"

Umm, equal? In that you're in the league below us?

"teams like Bolton will be those we'll be expecting to beat if we do go up"

What, well-established teams with several international player? Nothing like putting the cart before the horse lads.

I was there last year when our reserves beat them in the league cup so bring it on. Still prefer a Millwall trip though.

Last Edit: 3 weeks, 3 days ago by Blackburn 3 - 4 Wanderers.

Millwall tickets might be dirt cheap but the travel insurance will be expensive.

I'll go with you...you'll never walk alone.

Let's hope Southampton don't win now, otherwise we're both going to have blisters, and we'll probably miss kick-off if you stop for your obligatory fourth pie en route.

If it ends up being Millwall, how many of you still have your Doc Martens?
